Master Licence for the Western Cape and Garden Route for a fashion and shoe chain established 37 years ago in 1986.The Group is expanding and looking for like-minded individuals and/or groups or consortiums to partner with in their Western Cape and Garden Route expansion. It is envisaged that this area can absorb 10+ stores.
The price of R3 million for the Master Licence includes a store of your own in an agreed location which will act as the flagship for the Western Cape and the Garden Route and which will be an immediate source of income for the owner. The owner will also earn 4% of the royalty stream of each store established in the Master License Area.
The figures shown are projections for the first year of operation (based on current stores in the Group) and these numbers will grow exponentially over the next two years and are available to interested and qualified parties for further discussion.
