This is a plant that manufactures Glass MOSAIC tiles.

It is said that this factory is the only one in the Country that manufactures mosaic tiles. All other Glass mosaic tiles are imported. The Business does however import certain related product from China.

How does the business operate on a daily basis?

The Business purchases the raw material, some locally and others are imported which is a certain type of glass as well as the related product that is needed in the manufacturing process. It then cuts the product to size, colours it and sends it through a heating process to cure the various products groups needed to manufacturer a mosaic tile.

Tiles can be custom made i.t.o of size and colouring according to the customers needs. It has a rep on the road visiting architects and other wholesalers that might use this product. There are various catalogues within the business that is used for marketing purposes as there are many shapes, sizes and colours available in this Industry.
