The owners, a husband-and-wife team, are relatively hands-on in overseeing financial transactions, operational quality, equipment standards, and customer satisfaction. However, the daily operations of the business can run independently from the owners through the administration, drilling, and technical teams.

The Administration and Sales office lease is due to renew in July 2026.
Lease terms for workshops/storage facility and staff quarters can be negotiated with the owners.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
After-hours, weekend, and public holiday work may be arranged in advance on special request, subject to pre-arranged after-hour rates.
