Although the concept mainly concentrates on baking loaves of bread, products like biscuits/rolls/cakes/pies can be added
The scientific formulas for white/brown bread have been carefully worked out to produce the best fresh nutritional bread imaginable
Capacity to bake the breads have been realistically worked out to produce 351,360 loaves per month
The equipment to start the first and forthcoming bakeries have been sourced from overseas and agreed upon by the manufacturer as a fixed supplier The target market will be to supply the lower income groups with an affordable loaf of bread with all the necessary nutrients
The premises for the first bakery has been secured and ideal for the target market At this stage according to research, there is a shortage of 1,4 million loaves of bread per annum in SA
