PS2 Tyre Fluid™ – 25 Litre – Cost price R450 | Recommended selling price R1,700 – R2,500.

Tyre Fluid™ – 500 ml – Cost price R17 per unit | Recommended selling price R80 per unit.

PS2 Hand Pumps – 250 ml – Cost price R1,600 | Recommended selling price R2,000 per unit.

All prices exclude VAT.

Potential Mark-Ups:

Industrial 25-litre product: 500%+ potential mark-up.
Retail 500 ml product: 450%+ potential mark-up.

Mpumalanga – Exclusive licence available for R700,000, covering Witbank, Middelburg, Secunda, Ermelo, Volksrust and Standerton.

Zambia / African Regions – Manufacturing and marketing opportunities available at negotiable prices.

The Mpumalanga opportunity covers Witbank, Middelburg, Secunda, Ermelo, Volksrust and Standerton, with a particular focus on the farming sector.

LICENCE AGREEMENT & SUPPORT

Exclusive manufacturing and marketing rights within the allocated province or region.
Licence agreements are valid for an initial 10-year period.
Free renewal for a further 10 years, subject to performance.
Support and assistance will be provided to the purchaser.
Petrocor International will be responsible for preparing the purchase agreement and licence contract.
Factory viewing and further details regarding the product and manufacturing process can be discussed during negotiations.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
