Head Office offers comprehensive support to all franchisees and maintains an open-door policy. Training is a crucial aspect of understanding the operations of the franchise and the training program is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills required to run the franchise successfully. Training is provided to new franchisees at Head Office where trainees experience both hands-on and book learning to ensure the correct policies and procedures are learnt from the beginning.
