Summary

The Seller has the recipe for a specialized tire fluid known as "Tyre Fluid." This product is designed to stabilize tire pressures, improve tire cooling, extend tire lifespan, and immediately repair punctures. It is specifically intended for use in OTR (Off the Road) and heavy vehicles and is not suitable for use in passenger vehicles.

The seller is offering the buyer the formula, equipment, and contact information for purchasing the necessary ingredients to create the tire fluid. Additionally, the seller will provide training on how to properly mix the product. Both the seller and the individual who initiated the marketing efforts for this product will sign a non-compete agreement, ensuring that this specific formula is not sold to any other party.

It is important to note that this formula is exclusive and has not been sold to any other individual. The contract will stipulate that this tire fluid formula is intended for sole use by the buyer and will not be shared or sold to any other party.

This business concept can be turned into a franchise for buyers looking to grow their operations.

Background and History

UP Tyre Fluid is a preventative tyre sealant liquid that stabilizes tyre pressures as well as repairs most punctures from the inside out. You won't have to experience a breakdown and you will not even know you had a puncture. The product creates a permanent repair, and keeps working for the legal life of the tyre. UP Tyre Fluid converts any pneumatic tyre into a self-sealing tyre that will maintain air pressure.

UP Tyre Fluid has the unique ability to coat the entire inner surface of a tyre and bead. It ensures heat reduction and by maintaining the tyre pressure it also extends the legal life of the tyre, minimises tyre wear and reduces fuel consumption.

UP Tyre Fluid attributes are unparalleled. Any knowledgeable fleet manager will tell you that apart from fuel costs, insufficient tyre maintenance accounts for the greatest operating expense. According to the latest research by the TMC (Tyre Maintenance Council), a tyre under-inflated by as little as 10% will have its tread life reduced by as much as 15%, this equates to roughly R750 loss for every R5000 tyre.

Many additional costs are incurred as a result from under inflated tyres, fuel consumption increases by 3%, over-flexing of sidewall generate enough heat that increases the rate of deflation ultimately resulting in a blowout, call out fees, production down time, stock loss, reputation damage or even losing business.

Under Inflation Under-inflated tyres run primarily on the edges, which cause uneven wear and ultimately weaker response times for steering, braking and accelerating – this being the leading cause of all tyre failure related accidents. Over Inflation Over-inflated tyres cause excess road contact in the centre of the tyre and the reduced traction causes steering and braking problems as well as increased wear on the vehicle's suspension. Correct Pressure A properly inflated tyre wears evenly across the surface providing maximum traction and control and you'll save money with the prolonged tyre life.

OUR PRODUCT

Time & Money

Running tyres at the correct pressure minimises the risk of down time. Companies and Business owners know very well, the impact when front-line equipment grinds to a halt -everything relying on the vehicle or equipment's operation also stops.

Such unscheduled occurrences result in extended operations, an escalation of costs, delays in revenue and ultimately a negative impact on margins.

Fluid Application

UP Tyre Fluid is applied through the valve-stem once the valve-core has been removed. Rotation of the tyre then evenly distributes the fluid around the inner surface of the tyre.

Fluid In Action

When a leak occurs, internal air pressure and centrifugal force of the rotating tyre pushes UP Tyre Fluid into the aperture. Compound fibres are packed into the leak.

Permanent Seal

UP Tyre Fluid that reaches external tyre surface oxidizes on contact with the atmosphere resulting in a permanent seal that will last the life of the tyre. A leak that occurs while driving will seal instantly.

After Insertion

After inserting UP Tyre Fluid into the tyre and once the initial driving period has been attained for 10 kilometres, UP Tyre Fluid will be thoroughly distributed throughout the entire inner surface of the tyre-rim assembly. UP Tyre Fluid establishes a 2-3 mm coating which has the ability to remain suspended on the tyre-rim assembly's entire inner air cavity.

UP Tyre Fluid is a liquid coating that conditions the inner surface and eliminates porosity and bead leaks as minute amounts of air attempt to escape. UP Tyre Fluid

continuously stands on guard to protect tyres against air loss from punctures for the tyre's legal tread life.

Under Inflation

Under-inflated tyres run primarily on the edges, which cause uneven wear and ultimately weaker response times for steering, braking and accelerating – this being the leading cause of all tyre failure related accidents.

Over Inflation

Over-inflated tyres cause excess road contact in the centre of the tyre and the reduced traction causes steering and braking problems as well as increased wear on the vehicle's suspension.

Correct Pressure

A properly inflated tyre wears evenly across the surface providing maximum traction and control and you'll save money with the prolonged tyre life.

Where It Works

Industrial application

UP Tyre Fluid has proven indispensable in everything from underground mining vehicles, open cast and articulated dump trucks, heavy duty service vehicles, front-end loaders, industrial vehicles, buses, graders, site vehicles/pick-ups to timber jacks, loggers, agricultural equipment, as well as bush vehicles, light trucks and short or long distance trucks.

Environment

UP Tyre Fluid is a biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive, water-soluble product. It contains powerful anti-corrosion agents that protect inner-rims

from rust. UP Tyre Fluid will last the legal lifespan of the tyre and it is designed to withstand both high and low temperature extremes.

Questions and Answers

Can UP Tyre Fluid be used to repair an existing punture?

UP Tyre Fluid is a pressure stabilizing pre-treatment that should be applied to tyres to avoid damage occurring through underinflation, it can however be applied to tyres to seal and repair existing punctures.

Will UP Tyre Fluid cause wheel rims to rust?

Unlike many other tyre sealants, UP Tyre Fluid will not cause rust or corrode rims & steel belts. UP Tyre Fluid contains powerful anti-corrosion components that help keep your inner-rims safe from rust.

How does UP Tyre Fluid run tyres cooler?

Heat is your tyre's worst enemy. The hotter a tyre gets, the higher the risk of failure. A correctly inflated tyre will have lower roll resistance than if underinflated, the lower the

resistance, the lower the heat generated through friction and the cooler it will run.

In addition, UP Tyre Fluid assists with heat transfer from the tyre rubber which enables tyres to run approximately 10% cooler than a matched un-treated tyre.

Is the amount of UP Tyre Fluid applied to different Tyre sizes important?

Yes it is! - Understanding your application and vehicle speed is important.

Will UP Tyre Fluid increase the service life of the tyres?

Tyre porosity is a natural process of air migration through the tyre casing which is accelerated under higher temperatures. UP Tyre Fluid stabilizes air pressure by sealing these leaks as they occur. Avoiding driving on underinflated tyres, improves tyre service life through even tread wear, UP Tyre Fluid also cools and moistens tyre rubber which reduces cracking and casing deterioration.

How do I remove UP Tyre Fluid from my tyres?

UP Tyre Fluid will remain active for the legal life of your tyres. UP Tyre Fluid is water soluble and can be rinsed out of a de-mounted tyre with a low-pressure garden hose.

Will UP Tyre Fluid seal a valve stem as if it were a hole when the tyre is deflated?

A vehicle is standing still when a tyre is deflated manually.

When the tyre is stationary the UP Tyre Fluid remains as a coating on the inside tread area of the tyre and will not migrate towards the valve stem.

Can UP Tyre Fluid be used in my Car / Bakkie?

No – UP Tyre Fluid is not recommended to be used in your “On The Road” Bakkie or Car.

UP Tyre Fluid is designed to be used in OTR (Off The Road) and Industrial or Heavy Vehicles Applications.

UP Tyre Fluid can also be used in:

· Qaud Bikes

· ATV's

· Mountain Bikes

· Enduro Bikes

· Golf Cars

· Safari Vehicles

Should an object that caused a flat be removed from the tyre?

Yes – It is recommended that once you notice a bolt, pin or any object that normally causes a flat in an untreated tyre that you remove the object, rotate the wheel in order for UP Tyre Fluid to do its job and seal the tyre.
