About Resolute Education
Resolute is an international ed-tech company providing coding and robotics to students. We are CAPS-compliant and registered, primarily serving schools that utilize our hardware, systems, curriculum, and IP to teach robotics as a core subject.
The Business in a Box Concept
We are launching Business in a Box this year to empower individuals to become coding and robotics coaches. This initiative serves as a significant tool for job creation. Each Business in a Box purchaser receives the necessary hardware, software, lessons, and support to tutor groups of up to 16 students at a time.
Purchasers will run their own businesses using our platforms and IP. We will provide development and marketing support, and all partners will undergo a vetting process to ensure quality.
Launch and Pricing
We are launching across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa effective January 1, 2026. The financial structure is as follows:
- Box Price: R100,000.00 (excluding VAT)
- Management: These fees will be managed via a credit system on our platform.
Estimated Turnover
Conservative forecast for the estimated turnover for the first three years
First Year: Between R160 000 - R200 000
Second Year: Between R500 000 - R560 000
Third Year: Between R800 000 - R1 000 000
