They specialize in

• Normal Steel / Aluminum Manufacturing (excluding windows & doors)
• CNC Plasma & Unique design work
• Cutting & Bending
• Sand Blasting
• Powder Coating
• Balustrades & Stairs
• Canopies for bakkies (they have done in the past)
• A small “retail” shop to assist Builders

They can offer a complete service other than Galvanizing, which is sub-contracted for steel. They can do standard work, or they can manufacture something completely unique.

They have not really exploited the area of security – burglar bars & gates.

There are possibilities for volume production in several areas. The marketing effort needs to increase.

It is a solid business which should produce a good return on investment if it is in the right hands. Knowledge of steel works, aluminum and wood will be required by the buyer who also requires some design flare. They buyer can of course recruit someone with such skills if it is treated purely as an investment or the buyer does not have all the above skills.

The staff consists of the owner and seven people. The building will be rented out for R20 000 per month.
