This is a retail store that sells a wide variety of Solar products. Products include LED lights, Solar LED lights, Solar products, electrical products, security products. Clients include walk in as well as local contractors and contractors from as far as Mozambique. The business also have informal agreements with local installers.

How does the business operate on a daily basis?

The owner manages and operates the store, bi weekly travels to Jhb for purchases.

Facebook. Canvassing contractors.

How could the profitability of the business be improved?

Wider Marketing. Attracting contractors. Marketing to schools/churches. Capital investment to carry and expand key/crucial solar stock. Exploring the ever increasing demand for installations in the solar/security system industry by introducing knowledgeable staff/owner (will also improve in house sales). Currently no installations are done in house. Attractive display of products.
