The property consists of a main house in which the owners stay, the design is such that guests are separated from the family life of the main home. There are 6 rooms that are tastefully designed and outside braai areas where guests can braai and relax.

There is a big garden that has an outdoor pool with area that can be covered into tea garden or restaurant type setting for additional business generation.

There is a solar system installed, security cameras around the premises and the rooms with Airconditioners have a separate prepaid meter attached for such.

This is a Guesthouse with a history since 2006 that constantly improved their value offering and guest services, they have built a customer base as well as a network base over more than 15 years. The business is a "Work from Home" structure that allows for owners to continue to adjust and maintain the business as required.


The business is not registered under any BEE certificate, resulting in some business enquiries lost as a result. By adding BEE credentials it can be expected that this weakness could be eliminated.
