The owner/manager is very creative in her offering and well supported by locals and visitors to the centre.

How does the business operate on a daily basis?

The kitchen staff enter at 7:15 am and start the daily routine of stock taking of fast moving stock and placing orders as from7.30am
Preparation is also started and the door opens at 7:30am for the public.
The coffee shop has a comprehensive breakfast and lunch menu which is revised on a regular basis and offered all other services expected from a upmarket Espresso Bar.

What Advertising/Marketing is carried out?

The best form of advertising is by word of mouth. I do not think there is resident of the suburb that is not aware of this coffeeshop.
The centre also advertises on behalf of all the tenants.
